Full Throttle Bottles: Experience a Unique Beer Bar in Seattle

There are many worse places to be for a brown liquor fiend like myself. But the chill vibe of this place brings me back. It’s dark and cavernous like a true pub should be and cleaner than it has any right to be. I know I should be much more appreciative, but will add more when I bring a beer connoisseur or two back with me. More later I’m sure.

Full Throttle Bottles was an interesting beer store in a high energy section of Georgetown. Tons of hyper local beers were available with a healthy variety throughout and I liked the fact there was options on tap as well. Solid sours too!

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, John, at a Sounders game, and that's how I became familiar with this establishment. Today, while being in the area, I decided to stop by and explore this place further. Let me tell you, it's fantastic! The selection of beers here is exceptionally diverse and each one comes with its unique design. You can purchase them individually or in packs, and they even have beer on tap. They provide tables where you can comfortably sit and savor your chosen beer. The staff members were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the various brews available. If you're on the lookout for some cool beers to bring to a party, this place is a top-notch option.

Excellent bottle and draft selection! I visited while the owner was there. I just happened to mention how their draft selection was great because they didn't feature an IPA heavy selection (like everywhere else in the Pacific NW). The owner was like "I try to keep it balanced..." Then he proceeded to find me many beers that I have been searching for for a while. 10/10 would go there again!

I have lived in Seattle for decades and never have i had a better experience than i did tonight at full throttle. the beers were amazing and the diversity of the selections available was truly impressive. that coupled with the amazing service given by the bartender, Lauren, made the whole visit even better. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to interact with and made me feel like I was a friend that she had known for ages! she’s got my vote for employee of the month! Would definitely recommend to any who enjoys great service and amazing beverages!
